Don't Be Anxious

Anxiety: a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease, typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.

Today's LIVELIKEIT Talks words of encouragement and motivation are from a perspective of getting rid of your anxiety; "Don't Be Anxious." All of us go through anxiety, is just a feeling we experience throughout our lives. Some of us are more anxious than others, and experience anxiety and its feeling more frequently. Anxiety comes from stress. We are always stressing over something, or are bodies are always trying to stress something that is occurring in our day to day. We can't let anxiety get the best of us. Actually, anxiety is trying to keep us from what's best for us. Don't be anxious, there's more to live for than living anxiously.

I have noticed that anxiety always kicks in when there's something really good waiting for me. It's like a borderline that tries to keep us from getting to the other side. I have also noticed that anxiety is extremely temporary, if we look at things from a different perspective; a positive perspective of preparation, perseverance and of prosperity. We must take on anxiety and feel confident in our abilities and know that we aren't going to stay the way we are and that we are well prepared for the goodness on the other side. Anxiety can't get the best of us if we have established ourselves and placed ourselves in the right shoes; shoes filled with a positive mentality, hunger, excitement, faith, and all the right tools needed. 

Anxiety will try to bring you down but the truth of the matter is that this lie called anxiety isn't here to keep you down. Say "NO" to anxiety right now and don't let it get the best of you. You are smart, intelligent, brave, courageous, skillful, and are more than capable of overachieving. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. And anxiety is a weapon that will not win!
